Did you find is amusing that this recipe, in which the primary ingredient is, after all, Spam, calls for skim milk and fat-free cheddar cheese? I was reminded of the time I was in line at a Wendy's, and the very-overweight man ahead of me ordered a triple cheeseburger combo. "And biggie-size that," he added. The clerk asked what he wanted to drink, and he said, "Coke." She turned away from the register to get his drink, and suddenly he said, "Wait! Wait! Make that diet coke!"
I thought, "Why bother?"
